Titanium

Introduction of Titanium

Titanium is an important transitional metal, with silver-gray metal luster, sturdy, lightweight, high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, stable properties, non-toxic and magnetic, welded, and strong surface can be decorated. It is used in aerospace, industry, national defense, medical, automotive, electronics and other fields. Titanium is the most widely used metal material in 3D printing. As shown in Fig. 1, dual-cell delivery titanium alloy scaffolds by 3D printing were used to promote angiogenesis and osteogenesis to improve bone integration.

Products

The quality of 3D printing products is closely related to the characteristics of selected materials. CD BioSciences is one of the professional 3D printing technology companies that provides a wide range of high-quality 3D printing materials to meet your different industry applications and performance needs, including titanium.

There are several reasons to promote titanium materials in 3D metal printing very widely: low density, large strength, stable chemical properties, biocompatibility. And when titanium alloy is traditionally manufactured and processed, it has a complex processing process, a low material utilization rate, and a high cost. 3D printing can accurately create specific shapes and structures according to design needs, and titanium can basically be fully used during the printing process.

CD BioSciences' titanium materials are suitable for various types of 3D printers and technologies. The indicators of our materials have passed strict quality inspection, all results conforming to the relevant regulations.

  • Impurities content
  • Flowability
  • Density
  • Sphericity

Applications of Our Titanium

  • Aviation and aerospace industries

The titanium part is suitable via 3D printing technology that allows it to be designed and manufactured specifically to meet a specific structure's strength requirements.

  • Chemical and marine industries

Titanium material can resist chemical corrosion such as acid-base oxidation or seawater corrosion.

  • Medical industries

Titanium materials do not cause adverse reactions and side effects such as human allergies or poisoning. It is suitable for the manufacture of implants, equipment and parts in the medical industry.
