ABS-like

Introduction of ABS-like

ABS is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B) and styrene (S), so ABS-like materials have the advantages of the three monomers, such as excellent strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, rebounding and impact resistance, and easy to process. By changing the proportion of the three components, the various performances of ABS-like materials can be changed, making them suitable for different industries. ABS-like materials started for 3D printing early. As shown in Fig. 1, the device obtained by 3D printing ABS material was tested in pleural drainage simulator, and the result was feasible and reproducible.

Products

3D printing has an increasing impact on the traditional way of design and manufacturing, from the desktop to the industrial scale. CD BioSciences is a technology company focusing on 3D printing services, providing a variety of 3D printing plastic materials, which can print almost anything and are used in a wide range of fields and industries.

ABS-like materials are one of the most important and stable materials in the 3D printing industry, which is easy to print and print fast, which are the strongest standard and the first choice engineering plastics for the fused deposition modeling (FDM) printing process. 3D printed ABS-like material models are the focus of many industries, suitable for concept models, functional prototypes, manufacturing tools and final parts.

CD BioSciences provides multi-type, high-quality 3D printing ABS-like materials that feature excellent strength, insulation, temperature resistance (within a certain range), toughness, abrasion resistance, chemical stability, and biocompatibility. The key indicators of the ABS-like materials provided by CD BioSciences have passed the verification of international standards.
