PolyJet

Introduction of PolyJet

PolyJet is widely used in the industry. PolyJet is one of the fastest and most precise 3D printing technologies available. Fig. 1 is the process of PolyJet. The nozzle is moved along the X / Y axis, and the light-sensitive resin is sprayed on the work pallet. At the same time, the UV lamp emits ultraviolet light in the direction of the nozzle to complete the first layer of printing. After that, the workbench is lowered one layer thick along the Z axis, and the above process is continuously repeated until the part is complete.

Services

CD BioSciences is a trusted 3D printing services company that offers various technologies and 3D printing materials, including PolyJet technology. It can quickly print prototypes and parts with different characteristics and complex structures by spraying a light-sensitive polymer solution onto the construction platform and solidifying UV.

Services.

PolyJet is a powerful technology that can highly restore the appearance, texture and color of parts, as well as create complex structural and surface details. The material combinations and available colors for PolyJet technology are very extensive, and it has become the first choice technology for making realistic models. This is unmatched by other 3D printing technologies.

Photosensitive resins are the common materials in PolyJet technology, and the hardness and elastic span of the materials can be very large. As a result, PolyJet technology can simulate the performance of multiple materials, such as high temperature resistance, high toughness, corrosion resistance, etc., in order to meet more needs and expand applicable scenarios.

  • Flexible resin materials
  • Rubber-like materials
  • Hard resin materials

PolyJet's post-processing is quite easy. Like SLS technology, secondary processing such as dyeing can be performed, which further enhances creative flexibility.

Applications of PolyJet

Because the materials that can be used for PolyJet technology have a wealth of properties, PolyJet can meet the needs of individual creation to industrial production. As a result, PolyJet is widely used in multiple industries.

  • Aerospace industries
  • Automobile industries
  • Consumer goods
  • Medical treatment
  • Architecture industries

Advantages of PolyJet

PolyJet technology has many well-known advantages, which is also the reason for its wide popularity.

  • Smooth and vivid surface
  • High accuracy
  • Create complex, thin-walled structures
  • Diverse colors and materials
  • High manufacturing flexibility
  • Fast printing speed and high efficiency

PolyJet technology breaks through the limitations of other 3D printing technology in terms of the authenticity of the printing effect, bringing more innovation and diversity to the printed parts. CD BioSciences offers specialized PolyJet technology services, an efficient production technology that enables you to create smooth, accurate components and prototypes.
