Introduction of Nylon

Nylon (PA), also known as polyamide, is a high molecular polymer containing amide groups in the repeating unit on the main chain of the molecular, indispensable materials for the injection industry. Nylon materials are also widely used in the 3D printing market. As shown in Fig. 1, the 3D printed prosthetic hand could perform power, pinch, and tripod grasps, and the tendons were 3D printed in nylon.

Products

The characteristics of nylon materials, like abrasion, high toughness, high strength and heat resistance, make nylon ideal for a variety of 3D printing applications. CD BioSciences is a professional technology company engaged in 3D printing services, providing a variety of 3D printing nylon materials.

Nylon materials have higher strength and flexibility than other 3D printing materials, which can make lightweight parts have excellent mechanical properties. In addition, nylon can be combined with other materials, improving the printing process to create better products. Nylon material is widely used in common machine parts, such as solid functional parts, impact resistant parts, including end-use parts, qualified for low to mid volume production. The biggest advantage of nylon materials in the 3D printing industry is that they are suitable for various printing technologies, including fused deposition molding (FDM), multi jet fusion (MJF), selective laser sintering (SLS).

CD BioSciences provides a wide range of high-tech, cost-effective nylon materials, which have passed verification standards, are suitable for a variety of printing techniques and different models of 3D printers, and can be customized according to your specific needs.
